After installing Service Pack 4, I update my computer with
the latest patches from windows update. Contained it those
updates is a security Bulletin MS03-045, if installed, it
causes my machine to blue screen on reboot and goes into a
constant reboot cycle. Is there a fix for this problem???

Looks like you have been blasted while doing the windows update. Did you
have ms03-039 installed before connecting to the internet? Can you boot in
safe mode?
