Do I need to REINSTALL latest RPC patch (#MS03-026) after installing SP4?

I posted this question in the alt.os.windows2000, but it seems no one knew
the answer to this.
So I'm reposting it here;

I installed the latest update #MS03-026 when I had SP3 installed. Now I
installed SP4. Do I
need to reinstall security update MS03-026 (July 16, 2003) after installing
SP4?

I'm not too sure if the service packs overwrite newer security patches.

I really don't want to do another reboot on a production environment.

You need to re-install the patch. Sorry for the bad news.
