I have already installed the blaster patch MS03-026 and
was considering installing SP4 for W2K but I see the
windows upgrade instructs me to install the security patch
after installing SP4. They do not describe the procedure
if you've already installed the security patch. Do I
merely reinstall the security patch or what?
