MS0-039 RPCSS Hotfix

If I applyt this Hotfix on my Win2k SP-2 server, and then
a week later, apply Service Pack 3 for Windows...will I
have to reapply the MS0-039 RPCSS Hotfix again? Or will
it not keep the hotfix applied?

You'll have to re-apply the fix. In general, look at the
dates. If the hotfix or patch is after the SP, would it
be included in the SP? No. Will the SP overwrite the
patch files? Probably.
