MS Word

Whenever I run MS Word 2000 (I'm running XP O/S) about 5 seconds after its
opened I get the "Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." pop up. The program
still works fine, and if I just move the pop up to the side, everything is
normal, and I can continue to use the program. However, this IS very
annoying. I've tried doing all the updates, repairing the install,
uninstalling and reinstalling, all with the same annoying result.

Any advice?
