MS Word save & print functionality

In the precautions before downloading MS Office 2007 it states:
The trial versions hosted in the test drive contain most of the
functionality of the regular versions, but saving and printing documents is
not enabled.
Is the printing & saving function disabled in the beta version of MS Offfice
2007?

No, it is active. You do need to activate the product, though, before you
use it much.
