MS word format on outlook express

I sent an email and recieved a reply stating that I should
resend in MS word format???? This was on outlook express
how do I achieve this?
 
Did you send the document as an attachment? Was it created in Word?

first time i copied doc from word into email second time i
attached to email and got same reply
 
Sometimes even attachments don't fare well in cyberspace. Zipping the doc up
will offer further protection. If you don't have WinZip, you can download a
free trial version from www.winzip.com.
