Word Ms Word 2007-hyperlink Problem

Sir,
While working forfor hyperlink in M S Word 2007 document, after pressing ctrl+clic I get answer "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." How to fix this problem
Pl advise.
