MS Word 2003

I know there is a way to keep the month, day and year together so they don't
separate at the end of a line, but have forgotten how to do that. Right now
I am just hitting "enter" but if I edit then I usually have to go back and
remove the "enter."

Use nonbreaking spaces (Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar) instead of normal spaces in the
date.
