Everytime when I open MS Outlook or compose an email, the template for microsoft word opens up and the only way I can close is via task mgr. I know it has to something to do with the Word Editor settings in MS Outlook.
My current settings i have checked under mail format is "use microsoft office word 2003 to edit e-mail messages" I never had this problem before previously not sure why is this occurring so suddenly. Any input would help thanks.
