My windows update has tried to download service pack 3 a few times and it
can't install. I usually get a notification about a missing _____.msi file
that my computer can't find and that's what seems to stop the installation.

Can I download the missing file? Or put in my windows CD and find the file
on it???

There is no Service Pack 3 for Windows XP. Perhaps if you were to tell
us what's really being downloaded, someone could help. Otherwise, for

Thanks Carey - Yes, Office not Windows! Duh me!!!

I used the OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fullfile-enu.exe download because the CLIENT
one didn't work.

However, I got an error message while installing: The feature you are
tyring to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try
again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation
package "PROPLUS.MSI" in the box below.

It seems my FRONT PAGE is missing this file. What should I do?

Thanks!

Service Pack 3 is for Microsoft Office XP and not Windows XP.
