Why cant I register my MS Windows XP Small Business on both of my computers.
I have a stationary and a portable. When I want to register, wich I have to
do within the first 50 times that I use the program, there is a message
saying that the program is already in use om an other computer. I really need
help with this and I dont really know where I can find support.

If you have an OEM version of Microsoft Office Small Business
Edition 2003, you only have one license. Therefore, you'll need
to purchase a second copy in order to successfully activate it on
a second computer.

Read the EULA, and see if you are allowed with your version (not sure since it seems to be OEM) to have it installed both on your stationary (Which is a Desktop?), and your portable (Which means it is your laptop?). Most newer versions of Office allow two installs in this manner, but not on two desktops (or two of the same). If your EULA states that: (i.e. as it does on mine here):

"YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; YOU MAY RETURN IT TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF APPLICABLE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Microsoft grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:
1.1 Installation and use. You may:
(a) install and use a copy of the Software on one personal computer or other device; and
(b) install an additional copy of the Software on a second, portable device for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software."

Then you should call MS and have them activate it according to your criteria you posted, if that is what yoummean by "stationary" and "portable".

An OEM will not cover a second install, but also this applies to the
major versions of Office, and I don't think it does to SBE. As you say,
check the EULA to see if it has that specific reference to a laptop
