MS updates and "jit debugger"

I have a MS update for XP/SP2 but it says I need to enable my "jit
debugger." Where is that found? It's not in Tools/Internet
Options/Advanced. How is it enabled?

I found these sites but can't understand it. It's like reading webpages half
in a foreign language. The MS update that can't install without the "jit
debugger" is SP3. I don't understand why this thing has to be 'enabled' to
install SP3. I can't enable it or install it because I don't know what it
is or where to find it to download... or where it may be on my PC.

If you are having problems installing SP3 you can ask for telephone help

Thanks Mick, I left a message there explaining the problem.
It's too complicated and confusing to get and install the
"Jit debugger" and I can't afford to pay a tech to come to
the house anymore. Maybe MS has another solution.

I got a reply from an Amy at MS but they wont let her get
the pictures of my monitor using PrtScn that she requested.
How do they expect her to help people if she can't get the
pics she needs of their screen to see the errors for
herself?

Try typing <alt><prt scr>, then open the Paint utility and type <control>-v
..
This should capture a screenshot for you.
