Windows XP JIT Debugger error

I have an application called launch on my laptop...when I hibernate my laptop then switch it back on it says

Launch.exe - No debugger found.

---------------------------

No registered JIT debugger was specified.



Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.

Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

---------------------------

Retry Cancel

---------------------------

then the application closes....how do i fix that
