After I added a few components (like Fax, peer-to-peer) from the XP CD, I
see a new protocol "Microsoft TCP/IP version 6" associated with my LAN card.
The properties button for this protocol is grayed out.
Is this normal? Why is this protocol needed?
Did I need to add this XP component (peer-to-peer) to get MS networking? I
already had the "Client for MS Networking" and "F&P sharing" from before.
So, why this TCP/IP ver 6?
