MS Task Error! Help!

MSTask has generated an error and will be closed by
windows. This is an error I get sometimes on start up of
Windows 2000. How can I fix this and what is causing the
problem? Thanks

google and type "mstask virus". I got over 3,000 hits in .06 seconds
