MS Streets & Trips: Deploy over a network?

Greetings all. I recently bought MS S&T 2006 at Costco. When I try to
install it I get an error saying in order to deploy over a network I must
first do an administrative install., and will not install. What the heck is
this? My PC has only one account...me, the administrator. Is this a bad
version Costco is selling? Anyone know how I can install it?

I don't use that program, so I am shooting in the dark.
Are you using XP Home or Pro?
You may need to boot to safe mode using the built in administrator account
instead of a user account with admin rights.
