MS Security Updates DAMAGED 2007 Outlook?

Overnight the latest MS security updates downloaded and this morning I could
not start Outlook except in Safe Mode. Using System restore to go back before
updates has cured the problem. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
it took longer than usual to load here and had to do a repair because of the
forced reboot, but so far, it's working fine for me. it;s possible you got
additional updates - they tend to be staggered (my other machine was not
rebooted overnight) - it looks like I got 7.
