MS - Pictures

In my Outlook (2003) inbox I recieve emails with pictures, but they come in
with little red X's instead of the picture. Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
You might have to right click on the message and select download pictures.

Are you online when you try to see the pictures? Usually a red X means that
it cannot download the picture, as if you are not online, or the website
containing the picture is unavailable.
 
I'm on line. The pictures are in the body of the email. I've never had to
download pictures that came in that way before.
