MS Photo Editor on Win XP Home... Still included?

What happened to the "old" MS Photo Editor? Does it come
wth WIN XP Home? Is there a way to get it or install it
for WIN XP?

The biggest problem is viewing, opening, and doing
ANYTHING with JPEGS.

Basically, the other photo editing software that comes
with XP... are less than desireable, to put it as polite
as possibl.

Photoeditor comes with office not operating systems. So no, it's not in XP or any other operating system.
