MS Photo Editor

Howard

My new DELL computer uses Dell Image Expert as it's
default photo viewer. My computer's operating system is
XP Home. Does XP contain MS Photo Editor, and if so, how
can I go about finding it and/or making it my default
photo viewer. Thanks.

Microsoft PhotoEditor was part of the Office 97, Office2000 and Office XP
suites. It has been replaced in Office 2003 by the Microsoft Office Picture
Manager.

So in order to have PhotoEditor, you will have to purchase and install a
version of Office as listed above. Office 2003 is released tomorrow.
