MS Outlook

Help! OS is WXP Pro, MS Outlook within the MS Office 2000 suite, running
Exchange Server 5. Problem, have a User who receives email with a long lag
time or not at all. Spyware has been looked into and programs have been run
to detect. Mailbox is not full or even close. Any suggestions as to why
this one user is having this problem?

Does this lag time occur for internal messages or external messages? In case
of external mail see if messages for this users stay in the queue for a long
time.
