My MS Outlook .PST file has grown too big and reached the 2GB Limit.
I tried deleting some emails and removing them from the deleted items,
but the .PST file does not seem to go down in size. Is there a
compress or compact utility for MS Outlook or am I missing something?
If you are still able to manipulate items in your PST, you haven't reached
the limit. Compact a PST by right-clicking on the root name (like "Personal
Folders") in the Folders list, choosing Properties, then Advanced. Click
"Compact Now".
