I am presently using Windows 2000 and Microsoft Outlook. I want to change
my OS to Microsoft XP and still keep using Microsoft Outlook. I want to
retain and have easy access to existing Microsoft Otlook emails and address
book and contacts. How can I accomplish this?
Thanks
George

If you upgrade Windows 2000 to XP, you will be able to continue to use
all applications. Make sure that you backup all your PST files first -
just in case.

If you opt for a fresh install, rather than an upgrade, you will need to
backup your PST file(s) as well, then reinstall Outlook on XP, restore
the PST file(s), and open them with Outlook. Don't use Export or Import
for this procedure!
