Up until two days ago, I was using MS Outlook 2002 which
started to refuse sending emails to certain domains. One
of the domains was my office away from home, and
hotmail.com. I had been using this version without any
problems. All of the sudden I started to get messages
saying the it could not find the destination server
because it was on the list of allowable rpc servers.
I called my Internet provider about the problem and I was
told that their service was not the cause of my problem.
THat it was probably the appication software I was using
(Outlook).
I recently bought and installed MS Outlook 2003 and I am
having the same problem.
Could the 3 recently reported Microsoft Corp. newly
identified flaws in the Windows RPC protocol, two of which
are quite similar to the one that Blaster attacks.
Some words of wisdom will be greatly appreciate.
