MS Outlook 2003 Microsoft Pro Photo Plugin

Hi,

installed this plugin, which worked for a while then stopped suddenly. It appears in the com plugins unticked but when ticked and restarted unticks itself and fails to load.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same result. Running Office 2003 with Windows Vista

Help!!!
