MS Outlook 2003 - Free/Busy error message

Greetings everyone,

I have done extensive research on this problem and cannot seem to pinpoint
the main problem or find a resolution. Listed below is the main problem
followed by the IT infrustructure.

Problem: We have a personal assistant whom can view her managers Inbox under
her folder list view within Outlook 2003. This problem initiated ever since
her department was migrated to MS Exchange 2003 as we never had this problem
with the previous exchange server version or MS Outlook client software. The
client has to run the "clear free/busy" command while logged in with her
managers profile at least 3 times a day.

History: The managers inbox is very large as it has many sub-folders within
his inbox with a total of close to 700MB. His calendar in size is about 23MB
in size. We have kept the "Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar
Options/Free/Busy Options" default settings as is from within Outlook on both
the managers and assistants Outlook settings. The settings read: "Publish 2
months" and "Update every 15 minutes" and the other 2 settings are not setup
and are blank. We have increased and decreased these settings to possibly
view any changes but no luck.

Also, we have other clients with similar problems. Some managers have
either only one assistant viewing his exchange account under their folder
list and other managers have up to 3 assistants monitoring their inbox from
their folder lists. There seems to be no exact pattern.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated as this problem is a major
inconvinience if the assistants need to continue to log off their accounts
and logon as their manager and run the clear free/busy command a couple of
times per day.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. I can be contacted directly
with any suggestions at

(e-mail address removed)

Thank You very much.
