MS Outlook 2002 Runtime Error

I have MS Outlook 2002 with 2 profiles (myself and my
wife). I am the primary user and typically have no
issues. When she goes to use Outlook and launches the
app she selects her profile and gets a Runtime error.
She needs to close the app and restart it. It always
works on the second try.

Then when I go to launch the app with my profile I get a
similar error and need to close and restart the app.

Why is this happening?

BTW - I saw the article in the knowledge base about a
similar Runtime error for users with MacAfee but I don't
think this helps me as I have Norton Antivirus 2003.
 
Anti-virus software is anti-virus software, use msconfig to determine if it
the anti-virus software (ie. Script blocking for Norton). If that doesn't
work create a new profile, your wife's might be damaged.
