MS Outlook 2000 Operation Failed

Hello All,

We are using MS Outlook 2000 SP1. When one of our clients
attempts to reply back to a message, he gets the following
message. "Operation Failed" This seems to happen only when
replying back to a message. Any ideas.

john, have you determined what address OL is trying to send a message
to?

Click REPLY to the message. there should be either a name or an
e-mail address showing in the TO box. highlight that name and right
click the mouse. click properties. that will show you the underlying
e-mail address. cut and paste that address into a new message
template and try sending a message. what happens?
