MS Outlook 2000 and MS Messaging / Symantex Fax Lite

If I have Outlook 2000 and the bundled Symantec Fax probgram bundled,
do I need MS Messaging to be loaded also. It sits on my file directory
but is corrupt - I keep getting error message about unable to load
PSTPRX.DLL when I try to run MS Messaging. Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
 
Explain what OS you are using and what you mean by MS Messaging.
What steps produce this error message?
