MS Office Print screen problems

I have been trying to capture a screen using Prtscn and copy it to MS Word.
Everytime I try all that I get in Word is a rectangular box. I can copy it to
Notepad but when I try and copy from Notepad to Word the same thing happens -
a rectangular box.

How can I solce this problem?

try Tools\Options\ View tab and uncheck "Picture placeholders."
