Image Paste problem in Word 2007 B2TR

I have an active WIndows screenshot (Alt-PrtScn) that will insert into a new
Word 2007 B2TR document okay in Portait orientation. If I create a new
document and immediately switch to landscape orientation the screen capture
is not displayed but does appear to have copied. Saving the document
refreshes screen and displays graphic. This captured okay in previous Word
2007 Beta. Any body seen this before?

IS there a better way to report potential bugs to Microsoft ?

Hi Chadders,

You can use the feedback tool for Office 2007 from link 3 below to send bugs, comments and suggestions along with a screenshot
directly to the MS Office product team.

Using Word 2007+B2TR on Windows XP I wasn't able to duplicate the problem using the following steps.

1. Start Word
2. Press Alt+Prt Scrn
3. In Word click Page Layout=>Orientation=>Horizontal
4. Use Ctrl+V to paste

It was very slow to appear but it did appear (Print Layout view).
