Ms .netframework Install

Has any one had any problem installing net framework every time i try i get a
1935 error and the install fails.

Running amd 750mhz
256meg
xp-pro- oem
xpsp2 installed

I just re-installed mine,and made sure my Windows
Installer has been started,b/c for some reason
it goes back to -not being started-after a download
Also not sure if that's what it is,but it helped me.
