MS Money won't accept Password

MS Money won't let me in, keeps saying Wrong Password!! I even tried changing
the password and it still won't work. The new password let me in here just
fine.

......Anybody have any suggestions....
 
1. Post on the money group
2. Restore the system from a backup - if you have Money2007 you have 4
chances. Please make sure you have extra back-up copies before you start
experimenting.

I had the same problem and was able to get the second backup to function.
