MS Keyboard Layout Creator

I installed this tool, v1.4, Vista compatible, on Home Premium. The window
remains empty, with no keyboard display.
Thanks for any idea.
 
MS Keyboard Layout Creator is not supported by Microsoft but still made by
them :)
It requires .Net 2 but since you run Vista that isn't a problem.

Only adive is to reinstall it. works fine for me.
