MS IE v5.5 sp2

The option "to launch or to open file from its current
location" in my internet explorer is grey out. I can only
save it to my hard drive first. Is there a setting in MS
IE I can check to enable the "launch or open option" ?

I believe it is in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | File Types | (go to Folder under File Types) | select that and choose Advanced... | Make sure you have Confirm Open after download checked for both explore and open. I'm pretty sure this is where the issue lies.
