MS Fax - sending a fax through PBX

I have a problem with sending a fax to a pbx system - how do I format a fax
number so there is a pause about 15 sec before dialing an extension number.
 
You could use comas (4501234567,,,,,,,,345)
It inserts a delay of few seconds each.
