MS Developer tools, Custome set up wizard

The custom setup wizard runs and runs. How long should it take to create and
MDE file from a 60 meg program. Computer is Dual Zeon CPU, with 1 gig
memory. The program is using 25% of the resources.

I built an .mde from a 14 meg program today, took about a minute and a half
or so ...
 
Ok, that's about what i expected. What do you think the problem is. How do
you know when it's done?
