Silverlight for development is unstable!

I installed Silverlight tools according to the standard procedure.
I made one Silverlight application in Visual Studio 2008 and that worked.
Microsoft TwitterSearchMonitor demo application can be build and I can run it.
I shutdown computer.
The next day I cannot run the demo anymore.
Demo asks for the installation of the Silverlight plugin.
Silverlight plugin deinstalled and reinstalled. According to Bob Pomeroy’s
MSDN Silverlight Blog.
During building and running of the demo, even in release mode, there is an
error message: No Silverlight managed debugger. The program stalls.

What can I do to fix this? In other words how can I depend on my Silverlight
setup to work everytime?

Installed Silverlight tools:
Browser plugin
SDK, developer runtimes, and Visual Studio project templates
Microsoft Expression Blend 3 + SketchFlow Trial
Deep Zoom Composer
Silverlight Toolkit
..NET RIA Services

Computer:
XP Pro SP3 nl-NL
3 GHz Pentium-4
2 Gb RAM

I would suggest you repost this in a more suitable forum. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft Access modules programming, which does not appear to be
involved in your problem.
