MS-Backup : create a PC image stored on a Network PC and restoring from it ?

Can I create an image of my PC with MS Backup and have it directed on a
2nd PC via network and then if needed, restore that same image onto my
PC via network ?

No, you need a third-party imaging program,
such as Norton Ghost.
