MS Automatic Updates now REQUIRED to do use Windows Update

Apparently you can no longer do updates via Windows Update anymore
without having Automatic Updates enabled.

At least, this is what the page is telling me.

You need Automatic Updates enabled in "Services", but you do not need
Automatic Updates enabled under "System Properties".
Do not confuse the two.
