ms antispyware problem

i install the app, everythnig runs fine, it even starts and
shows icon in tray. but when i click on the icon, o select
something from the menu (run apyware scan or so) nothing
happens. i tried even to shut down other services (norton
antivirus shield etc.) and it did not help.

log from antispyware says:
