ms antispyware finding but unable to remove browser hijacker

hey...
ms antispyware is detecting and trying to delete a browser
hijacker - have tried running deep scans several times
with no sucess - hijacker resets home page andopens popups
even when exploreer isnt opened

have tried quarantining and deleting apyware with no
results , if anyone can tell me how to get rid of this
parasite -plse help

Boot into safe mode, delete all temp files, then run the
deep scan in safe mode.
