MS Antispy and e-Trust Antivirus

Amit

I have e-Trust Antivirus installed on three Win XP SP2
and one Win XP SP1 Machines.

I have installed MS Antispy (Beta) on all of them.
out of those,

Win SP2 some are having no problem, some are showing Blue-
Skyblue-Black Icon instead of Red-Yellow-Black.

Win SP1 was giving problem to Realtime scan of e-Trust
Antivirus.

This is notified by e-Trust and solution given is to
uninstall the installed Software i.e. MS Antispy!!!

The blue icon is a known issue--there is no problem with it, and the change
has no meaning.
I've got it running on several machines with ez-trust antivirus.

You might try reinstalling it --using the new download so that you get the
current build, and see if the behavior is the same.

If it is, please post a description of what happens, the version of the
antivirus product involved, and the build number of Microsoft Antivirus
(from Help, about)

Yes, you are right!

It runs fine with EZ e-Trust AV.
The "Layer Service provider" in Ez AV, problem I am
getting is due to removal of Spyware!!
Please Help
