MS Anti Spyware process terminates

Everytime I try to open the program, the
GiantAntiSpywareMain.exe terminates and will not open.
I've tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling, and
that isn't helping.

Do you have up to date antivirus protection? Have you done a full scan of
your system recently?

Check and check. Fortunately, no viruses found. Any
other ideas?

What's changed since this worked?

Consider using msconfig to shut down some other stuff--third party services
and startup items--to see if that makes a difference?

Administartor previlidge is required to run this program
when under user runs the Antipyware program it shows such
results

If using in home pc log on as Admin and then start the
program
else in organisation just leave to your Network Admin
