MS Anti Spyware Enterprise Version

Has anyone heard if MS is going to offer a enterprise
version of their anti-spyware? I know Sunbelt Software
offers the same anti-spyware in the enterprise version
and I was just curious if MS was going to offer the
same.

Microsoft has announced that there will be an enterprise version, and that
it won't be free, but nothing more than that--no dates, for example.
