Is there a plan to release a managed enterprise version
of the MS anti spyware? If so, when can it be expected?

Yes, there is such version in plans. But the date of the release is still
unknown. And the enterprise version will not be free of charge, as the
"personal" one.
 
This question was raised in yesterdays online chat with Mike Nash, VP of
Microsoft's Security business unit.

The answer was essentially as Mikolaj has stated it.
