Access MS Access 2007 split database

Hi,
I have inherited a split Access 2007 database . Table sand queries are in the Back End. How do I reintegrate both ends prior to converting data to SQL in an attempt to improve performance, and is this recommended? Secondly, how do I find out if there are primary keys set in my tables?

This is a process that I'm not familiar with, but I can help with a small part of the question. To find primary keys, go to Table Design and you'll see a Key symbol to the right of the field name.
