MPEG Video plays audio, no video

My Camcorder software downloads video as MPEG, but in WMM, it doesn't play
video, just audio.

WMM does not like MPEG files in any way shape or form. Some will import but
most won't. You should use a different program to convert the MPEG to
either a WMV or AVI file before importing into WMM. See www.PapaJohn.org,
