I burned MP3's to a disc in track format.
Track 1, track 2, etc.
What I want to know is can these tracks be converted back
to MP3's? If so....how? Thanks.

Yes, you can rip the disc and encode as MP3, but they will sound worse, since
they have gone through two lossy conversions.
